Susanne was a huge blessing to us. We were looking to quickly get into a market through acquiring a manufactured home, and at our very first stop with her to look at a place to move to our desired location, we thought we had a range for what it would take to move the home, and we were not even close, even though we had an estimate from a local mover. There was a whole bunch of things that were not even considered in our estimate, and some risks, etc. She explained all of this to us, and then we were off to the next site.
